Recognizing the demands of busy schedules, we extend our mobile notary services to weekends and evenings, accompanied by special discounts for seniors over 65 and military veterans with valid identification.

Our certified and mobile Notary Public ensures an exceptional standard of customer service and communication, guaranteeing a professional and expeditious experience. We meticulously review documents for completeness and maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate the unique needs of busy individuals.

To facilitate the notarization process, each signer is required to present a valid photo ID, which may include:

• United States Driver's License
• Non-driver's state identification card issued by the California DMV
• US Military ID Card
• Current United States passport

Our fee structure is transparent, with a charge of $15 per notarized signature for up to 5 pages. For requests exceeding 5 signatures, kindly seek a customized quote. We accept payments through Venmo, Zelle, Cash, Check, or PayPal for your convenience.

Regarding travel, a flat fee of $25 applies to all locations within 15 miles of the 95023 zip code. For destinations beyond this radius, we invite you to request a personalized quote.
